I was morning shower guy most of my life until my girlfriend (now wife) said “Wait, so you get into your bed filthy, then wake up and get clean?”

I switched when I left white collar jobs for blue collar ones, it was a good way to wake up in the morning but you’re right, I feel better at night and there’s no point in showering right before work when I’ll get disgusting by hour 2.

I sometimes sweat a lot at night which would require a morning shower anyway. Plus it helps me wake up. But, I usually run or workout at night so I shower before bed. Then, I still rinse off in the morning. 2 / day showers aren’t great for our drought but at least I make them both quick haha

Why is this unbelievable? Granted it shouldn’t be a reason to be late but it’s totally believable to me. I’ve been too lazy to take showers the night before and got to work a little late the next morning. A shower every day is a lot of work. BTW, I was late to work today and smell pretty nice.
